I appreciate the deep Biblical teaching that happens in this book. This is way more than just a resource for those interested in biblical counseling, it is very helpful for anyone serving alongside people in the church.

Biblical book with great storytelling.

Essential book for who wants to engage biblically with those who need counseling. A must for pastore. Didn't love the narration. Sounds like AI generated audio.

This book has value for anyone who wants to be a biblical counselor. Though, you should go in knowing that it's from a protestant and calvinist perspective and so contains a lot of error and heterodox theology. I still think people who want to be counselors should read it once, but take in the meat and spit out the bones
