Great book, borderline audio

I am going to start to steer clear of author-read books going forward. Often the meaning in them gets lost in the authors reading. They need someone to read who is not emotionally attached to the text. This author continuously trails off as she is reading, her tone goes up and down and voice sounds groaning and overemotional at times. It can be distracting to listen to. I'd like to hear more of what is being said with less emotion in her reading. I'd recommend she allow someone else to narrate this book, and reupload it. However, the book content itself is great, highly recommend. The text version may be the version of choice.

Yes!!! It delivers what it promised: I have learned to Experience God in the Middle Minutes of my Your Day!!!I love this book, her calming voice, and all the stories she tells in the book. The book has introduced me to a new way to delight God’s word. A new way to worship even in weakness. When meditating on his character on God’s word ( per PDF copies she included with the book), I can seek/ find God throughout the day… in the middle minutes, as Shara says. I am listening to this book for the second time.

This book Adore is such a gift, and so needed. Teaching us how to hear the Lord over our own thoughts and over the what ever is going on. From the drugerey times to the scary times and all in-between. By her example of finding her way in adoration through the Word, Sara leads us, like a good friend would. With her heart and her example.
