Outstanding!

Enjoyed this books very much. Also, I appreciate the author taking the time to define a historical fiction in her own voice. I will begin browsing other books by this author!

Did Not Disappoint

I read Becoming Mrs. Lewis. So I knew I was in for a treat with Surviving Savannah, but it surpassed my expectations. Patti Callahan has a way with words and telling a story. She goes from one time period/character to another flawlessly. The narrators were fantastic and making us feel as though we were truly hearing first person.

A great book that I thoroughly enjoyed!

Historical Fiction is my go to genre. I was excited when this book came out about an event I didn’t know. The author did a good job with the split time periods. The narration was excellent and the book was very engaging. I will be looking up other books written by Patti Callahan.

Great historical story of survivial

I really enjoyed this novel. It truly made me long for Savannah and it's rich history.
