Great book despite other reviewers

I think contemporary people are largely not ready to sit still in front of nature and listen. Because the subject is inherently not suited to a fast-paced approach, those that want to learn about it should be patient and return again and again to slowly accumulate understanding. The book is a thorough introduction and very informative. Just display patience and diligence.
