Two miles along the headland at Porth Dafarch, a third victim is found but there are no obvious links. As the number of victims increases, a major investigation team battles to unravel a deadly puzzle which, appears to have links to a series of historic murders from the 90’s. Is there a copycat on the loose or are the murders connected to the local underworld, which controls the supply of narcotics across North Wales and the North West?

Eh

It was just so tedious… characters were confusing and just….eh. Nobody was really developed enough to get attached to. Some parts were stretched out and my mind just started to wander. Other parts that were interesting were cut short and not fleshed out nearly enough.

Attention keeper

This book kept my attention from start to finish with a different take on the serial killer. I always enjoy the narration of Andy Creswell. He does a superb job with character development which, in my opinion, can make or break a good book.

Couldn't finishit

I've been a long time Audible listener. First time I've heard this guy read. He's hard to listen to. Sounded almost like he had something in his mouth. 😒

Didn't like narrator

story was good but narration put me off. Won't listen to any with this narrator

Ok story, messy writing, annoying narration

Storyline was okay, but was diminished by what I call "messy" writing. By that I mean there was a lot of busyness that went on. In my opinion it should have been much tighter than it was. I got used to the narrator, over and over again. Every time I would start listening again each evening, I had to readjust to his very nasal way of speaking, and a habit I can only describe as sounding like he was swallowing his words. I will not be continuing with the series.
