The excessive use of of DI, DC seemed to make story harder to follow audibly for me. Great story though. Thanks

Complex characters and interesting story line

Nice build on the main character. Looking forward to the next book. I swear my credits can’t come fast enough for me!

A teenage girl's body discovered on a misty British beach, encased in glass. It’s the signature MO of a infamous serial killer who’s already behind bars—meaning a copycat is on the loose, or the wrong man was caught.

What makes this procedural stand out is the sheer weight of personal drama balanced with classic detective work. The coastal setting is bleak, chilly, and dripping with atmosphere.

Narrator Zara Ramm brings tremendous emotional grit to the performance. You can hear the raw grief and mounting panic in Dove's voice as the clues begin to unwind, making it almost impossible to pause between chapters.

At just under 8.5 hours long, it’s a dark, fast-paced British crime thriller with a genuinely jaw-dropping twist at the end. 🎧⚡

This was an enjoyable read with plenty of suspense. It also had a totally surprise ending, which I love.
