Changing history is harder than it appears.

Every time Nathan thinks he has stopped a world-ending war, he learns that somebody is trying to start it again. But once this is over, he’ll be free to relax and spend some quality time with his Champions.

As the war heats up, Nathan finds himself caught up in the schemes and fluffy tails of one of his former Champions, Narime. More figures from his past intrude, including a dark elf with a twisted personality and a princess who makes Nathan question his memories.

Behind everything, Kadria lurks alongside the other Messengers. Nathan finds himself buried in politics and at risk of losing everything, should his heretical alliance with her be discovered. In the end, the risk is worth it. Because the reward is to get back everything that he lost.

Heretic Spellblade 2 contains plenty of violence, harem/undefined relationships, beast girls, and scenes that don’t fade to black. Consider yourself warned.

Stephanie is still better than many I’ve come across, dare I say ‘most’, but she still misses the mark for me. She has a nonchalant manner in her narration that undercuts most of the gravitas of the text. Its rare to come across a writer in this genre who can pull of real drama and comedy, so when it would otherwise work Stephanie kneecaps their effort.
Not a terrible performance. But…

I so glad to see a bunch of new authors dropping audio books in this genre. This is a great story different from any of the other 500 titles i own in this genre. Keep them coming cant wait to see what happens next.

Another Great Book

I hope there are more books to come. There are still so many unanswered questions.

Excellent Third Book

You get the most important thing in K.DRobertson series and that's plenty of fluff. The story progression is great and builds the time shenanigans to great places. Plenty of spice but not overdone. More secrets get built up with some being reveled.

Book two keeps the plot rolling and doesn't disappoint.

This is the exact type of story that I was looking for when I started reading this genre. I stumbled onto haremlit and was baffled by how popular it was despite the apparent shallowness. While this book is still just as steamy as the genre would imply, it doesn't use that as an excuse not to tell a good story. Everything is well knit and well executed. I have nothing to critique which is rare for me. I am excited to continue this series.
