Beautiful Story- Well Written- Perfect Natration

I loved this book!! I was hesitant to start it, but I am so glad I did. I rarely get five stars but it’s deserved here. It has all the makings of a wonderful book The story is beautiful. It makes you think. There are surprises. The narrator is absolutely perfect for the story. His voice lends to the character. In the last 45 minutes I didn’t even know if I could finish it because it was so emotional. The writing is so relatable and you will walk away and continue to think about this book for weeks after finishing. Amazing!!!!

Heartwarming story of a father's love

Another reviewer compared this book to Where the Crawdad's Sing and I absolutely agree, if you loved that book then you'll absolutely love this novel by Kimi Cunningham Grant. Not only is it well written, but it is an incredibly moving story that is complex yet simple at the same time. The narrator's performance was also fantastic.
