A fun read
Very obviously inspired/influenced by Lovecraft, this good was a fun read. The performance was fantastic (but Ray Porter is always fantastic). It's well worth your Audible credit for the listen. :)

Excellent sci-fi audio book!
Story moves right along! Good voices from the narrator! Truly enjoyed how pieces of the mystery were revealed bit by bit.

Painfully slow start but better in the end
Almost gave up listening several times, but stuck with it and the story got better. The end was just ok at best. I could have skipped 2/3 of the book and missed little of interest to me.

Great introduction to Peter Clines
Great book! Characters were well developed. I’ll be listening to more Peter Clines after this. I do however wish there would have been a bit more detail to the ending. Don’t let that stop you though

Very interesting

Good Sci-fi Mystery
I really enjoyed the overall premise and characters. It takes a bit to get going but once it does it pulls you in. There is something about having a group of characters that come together because of a mystery or event and grow closer because of it. The story does get a little cheesy but it works in my opinion. The narration was well done as well.

Exciting listen
This was very original and kept my attention. Lots of mystery and intrigue. I enjoyed the character development as well. I listened to the entire 4 book series. Fantastic.
