The Admiral imparts some very astute knowledge in this small book. Well worth the credit, and I will be buying a copy for my Son and friends. Don't let the title put you off.

A short punchy book, worth the read.

This is a valuable book that must be read by anyone wanting to implement changes into their lives in order to become better men and women. Thank you for writing this book and for sharing these stories, Admiral McRaven.

My only issue with the book is that there is a small technical issue in Chapter 5 under Compassion at timecode 08:05 until the end of the chapter. You cannot hear the narration.

Regardless, it was a fantastic book with clear audio in all other chapters.
