As everyone has pointed out the first third of this book is a bit slow. This book took my back to OG Brotherhood books, and it just makes me happy we get to know Murhder. I have been in a minority of people who knew Murhder wasn’t insane, but little did I know how much Murhder sacrificed. There were so many scenes in this book that make me cry and smile in happiness. And it was so greater to get John Matthew and Xhex get more time in the front and not have unnecessary drama *cough* V and Jane *cough* and OMG John Matthew is officially in the brotherhood now!! Oh wow Murhder and Sarah were sizzling off my book and were giving me hot flashes! Overall, I really enjoyed this book but there were just some little things that bothered me.

Even more than I expected!

J.R. Ward blows my mind with each new book in this series. Muhrder is a Male who was even more than I expected and Sarah was his perfect counterpart. Every emotion will be strummed. I especially love how characters from the past books are incorporated, as family should be. And Lassiter, once again, brought it all home. Jim Frangione is the only voice that does justice to this phenomenal series.

I can't say enough about this series, I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone I know. This book hasn't changed that opinion. I honestly think I the series gets better with every book. The story about Murhder has been a long time coming and and it is very well written . The Warden (J.R . Ward ) does it again.

John Matthew

I was hoping that the truth about John Matthew would have come out. So many opportunities to let everyone know that John Matthew is Darius reincarnated.... didn’t happen....
