I totally recommend this amazing book!!!
I'm a house painter who works with his hands all day, face constantly staring at one surface or another. listening to this Audio book while spending the week painting a fire station i constantly had tears and snot running out of my face.
Tears of hope, of sorrow, anger, and self deprecating blame. Naomi's books always touch me, and this one especially gives me more than the motivation I needed to become the climate warrior that our earth and children have been waiting for. My gloves are off and I'm ready to start swinging into the ignorance!

We can cease to exist as a species, with black and brown people, as usual bearing the pain first and worst, but from which no one will escape. Alternatively, if we face facts and embrace justice (finally!) we can make a sustainable world.
