When you're a demon hunter, you probably shouldn't invite a succubus into your bed....

Blaze is a highly trained astral marine, fighting demons and saving lives, so he should know better than to bed his latest client. And yet, when she puts a hex on him, suddenly women find him irresistible. Even his ex-wife is eyeing him, which is a problem, because she's an evil witch. Literally.

Together, Blaze and Mara form an uneasy alliance with a misfit crew of aliens and monsters to track down demons, snare ghosts, and destroy hellish creatures bent on murder - all while trying to close the gates of hell forever.

There's just one problem. A demon-possessed robot has infiltrated their starship, the Lizzie Borden, and a vicious coven of stellar vampires have stranded them in a graveyard of ships at the edge of known space. All the while, the women on his crew won't leave Blaze alone!

Contains mature themes.

The story overall is really good it's just the performer needs just a little bit more emotion in their words

It's a great story but...

the narrator has no emotion and pauses at random. I wanted to like the book just couldn't git into the story.

couldn't git past the narrator

Over all I enjoyed the book most of the characters were wonderful and in the end all of the characters turned out great. But the MC and his Ex-wife the mage of the group were just annoying through most of the book. I understand that they were working through lots of things but I don’t enjoy soap-operas. For me this distracted from a already tense story. The narration excellent and now that they have the drama at least partially worked out I would love to see where the story goes from here.

A Desent Book

So let me start with it's not actually bad All affair and of aaron crash I love his amrican dragon books and the war gods saga. but this was... not great. mostly it's just are hero blaze is a complete jackass. honestly I love that his ability to collect sexy bad ass ladies is down to a hex that makes him super alluring inspite of being a jack ass. the dude sucks he sucks alot. I am.pretty much done this this series.

... I've listened to worse.

I thought the story was good and the narrator did a great job. If you have seen a lot y of my other reviews you know I doont critique plot and the finer points. I am just interested in being entertained. diversity in stories and chsracters are important . this was the most unique group of leading characters none of them were normal or did what you might think they should ,but I enjoyed all of them , even Bill . good job thanks ,I will wait the next
