The narrator was very easy to listen to. This is a book that I will often find myself revisiting for course correcting!
It also helped intreffectively understand things that were triggered for me as a child.

We have seen results in 5 days. We’re still getting our head around it in every area but it works. We have 4 kids 5 and under. The number of tantrums our oldest has thrown have significantly decreased and the degree to which they are is much less. And Mom and Dad are much less frustrated. We needed this and are thankful to have found it. P.S. you can’t give in and have to be strong knowing the end result will be much better.
