Great info

I’m in real estate and a fair amount was review, but so many great tips I’ve never heard about.

Great addition to your library

If you're a Robert Kiyosaki fan then this book will not disappoint. I will say that the book does get a little difficult when covering the tax portion due to all the stats and numbers but still a ton of great information.

Great books on the basics

I previously invested in rental properties but haven’t since 2009. I started investing again a few years ago but wanted a refresh on the basics. This is a great book for that.
