Enjoyed the listening and relearned a lot that I had forgotten. Highly recommended and loved the insight on related history.

I love how they opened up the deep understanding of the Bible with the history and back stories of the scriptures helping me understand the the why and what of the traditions in the ancient times and places

Solid audio book, not too slow paced with plenty of information and a lot of it I guarantee you didn’t know.

This is an absolutely amazing read or listen! Like I saw in a previous review, if you haven’t read the Bible, or never heard any of the stories in children’s church, this not for you. If you have read the Bible or know most of the stories, this is excellent. I LOVE the humor and the general breakdown of the books is so good. I give this narrator a 10/10. He has a great, crisp voice and the way he jokes, but not in a malicious way, made laugh a lot. I 100% recommend this book, whether it’s paperback or an audiobook. Get. This. Now.
