Forced down the mountainside, Jason learns the truth of powers he'd only heard about in rumors. While running from deadly Dragon Souls, he finds he might have more of a connection to magic than only dragon sight. In order to save himself and stop the Dragon Souls, he must learn a truth about himself that leads him closer to the one thing he fears above all others: dragons.

Somehow, he might be the only one able to protect them from the Dragon Souls, but how can he protect what he hates?

Good Book

I liked the overall all story , it was a little too detailed at times but overall a great story!

Great Story

Much more to this story than the small listeners clip could've shown. I'm super glad I got the opportunity to give this series a go. Matt does the narration superbly well! I'm excited to move forward so, on to the next book I go!!

I wonder

this story took place in a cold place I think people brains think slower when it's cold the characters was slow I struggle with it but I'm going to read the next one to see if they get any quicker

Simple story, easy to listen to

It was very repetitive, which didn’t need to happen. Became annoying to listen to after a few chapters.
