Major character developments

If you have not read this series, do yourself a favor and start with Hearth of Malice. This is one of the best UF series being written these days.

This book introduced new types of magic, deepened our understanding of multiple characters and led to great personal growth for the main character. I was hooked from the first line all the way through the end. It also sets up several interesting avenues for future books. I can't wait to see what this author has in store for us.

Lots of action and mystery

This is told in two timelines, but it was handled skillfully and kept me engaged with its mystery and plot twists.

Awesome Paranormal Fantasy!!

This is a paranormal fantasy that includes all your standard fantastic creatures: wolves, witches, vampires, mages, ghosts and sorcerers. All together in a realistic environment that pulls you in from the first book. This isn't the conclusion to the series and I look forward to Lisa Edmonds next release.

Holy Dracula

This was my least favorite of the series so far, but still an amazing book. I just never liked amnesia as a plot. I really loved the last 10 chapters or so where we get to see a little of everyone's true intentions. I can't wait till Alice meets her real father, hopefully in this next book!

Just a great story

Love the story line a continuation of a interesting heroin and great story! A very enjoyable read.
