Good Read

I like seeing how the charterers matured and developed.
I would recommend this book for all adults. We all could learn something from it.

Amazing!!

Shen never disappoints! Made me laugh, cry, and long to be a part of the story! Only issue was the male narrator in the beginning. He got better as it went on, but the voice and the speech impediment did not match the character when we were getting to know him. It was a non issue by the end. I will go on a journey with Shen any day!! Please continue to write!!

Favorite LJ Shen book so far!

Narrators did a great job! Although they’re great, This story is more fun than some of her very dark, angsty books. Who knew she had such a great sense of humor? Not that the hero didn’t have his alpha issues... Enjoy!

Another Hit

I am a huge fan of L.J. Shen and of both of the narrators but that is not why I gave this a five star rating. Normally this author doesn't make me laugh but I did this time. Sebastian York is always amazing and on point and delivers the book perfectly.Ava Erickson is wonderful as well she is also one of my favorites. This is not like the author's other books but I was so happy by that. It still tugged at your heart strings and yes a tear might fall when you listen or read it. As far as not liking something of course like every typical reader you want to know more about other characters that aren't really the point of the story but that leave me to imagine all the things that happen to them so no there wasn't anything I disliked. Even the villain/hero I loved him in the end. I loved the heroine and listening to her character change. A++
