First I must say I drive trucks Audible has become a mental refuge of sorts. I love fantasy books something I discovered this as an adult . I started this story with embers the very beginning, In my Chad voice F U Michael G I felt every emotion possible as a whole that was a masterpiece of a story. I laughed I cried I cringed I yelled outloud my heart was broken when Penny died. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing.

Finally finished the entire mageborn universe series and honestly... WHAT A RIDE!!! I'm left with no unanswered questions, I have been completely enthralled by this story in its entirety. I can't remember a time since I was younger reading the Harry Potter books where I felt so entranced by not only the narrative of the actual story but the development, and flow of just... well EVERYTHING... Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful world, story, and universe to escape to!

I have read 3000 plus fantasy books. I started reading fantasy books when I was eight years old and I am now fifty two years old. This book, this series, is so well written I am truly impressed. I particularly loved the ending. Well done well done bravo.

Excellent conclusion to an incredible series

Truly a unique body of work. Immensely satisfying right until the end. Cannot recommend enough for lovers of magic and of complex characters.
