Completely engaging!

I think my “title” says it all. I couldn’t stop listening. Who says you can’t enjoy something clean?! You know what I mean…A very good read; I just might have to get a hard copy for my collection.

The accents and settings were intriguing and held my interest. Very interesting mystery and ending.

It was a great free listen. Loved the Australian setting and the mystery. Not as predictable as it could have been.

Lovely Contemporary Mystery and Love

Descriptively fleshed out characters and a mystery with many facets. Betrayal and heartache. Nicely tied together plot with breath held until the ending. I enjoyed every minute of this twisting tale!

Hooked!

I really enjoyed this book. It was a bit thin in places, but it was a compelling mystery wrapped in a love story. Most of the characters aren’t well developed, but the scenery is descriptive and I felt like I was actually in that little seaside town with a close and quirky community. This book was the first in a series and it was included with membership. I’m sure I’ll be forking over the credits to continue with books 2 and 3. While I’m satisfied with the “ending”, it feels more like a pause because the break occurred too abruptly and it doesn’t feel complete . It’s probably one of those “series” that is essentially one book split into parts, so instead of one credit for one book, it will actually cost me two. The first hook is free, and I’m a sucker and have been reeled in.
