Powerful Truths

I love how biblical and grounding Ruth Chou Simon’s writing is! I recommend any of her books. The hardback of Beholding and Becoming was my intro to her beautiful artistry in writing, calligraphy, and watercolor. I bought the audiobook in followup in order to listen to the encouraging messages of these chapters on the go. I highly recommend. May you be built up by enjoying this book and her others as well!

Cool water for my desert wanderings

As a woman struggling to find peace and joy in my calling as a mother and homemaker, this book was the cool glass of water in my desert wanderings. It has taken me days to get through the book, but only because I've listened to chapters again and again before moving on as the truths were slamming into my heart and soul. It is well written, direct and without fluff while still being gentle and kind, and the reading is beautuful.

This book was absolutely amazing. Ruth Chou Simons shares all her talents. The illustrations throughout were breathtaking. Her words were written so beautifully, that many times, they took my breath away. Highly recommend!
