My new favorite in the series!!!

I am continually amazed at Karen Chance’s ability to write BETTER books with each installment in the series. I’m used to series trailing off in quality as the creator loses interest, but it’s safe to say Chance is still very invested! Nothing overdone, nothing repetitive; the characterizations continue to grow and evolve. She’s also a surprisingly effective battle writer— rapid movement, gripping action, but still moves the plot forward easily and smoothly. I’ve been reading these books for 13 years, and I’m continually panting for the next one!

Feels like a bridge to some where else. Still a good book. I'm not a Cassie Pritkin fan so that doesn't help me since they have a thing.

It is nice that Cassie seems to finally pulling up her big girl pants..

A good listen with lots of inner dialog so I can see why readers could get bored. The audio book was great though and the narration was excellent. This book was full of both guys and the court, coven and council.

Time Traveling Love Affair

I'm a big fan of this series and have enjoyed the character development. The mix of quirky heroin, adventure and sex is excellent!

excellent book! Best Cassie story to date. Loved it! The narrator did a good job of bringing it to life.
