Fine sequel,but the first book was better

I found the first book in the series stunning. so I bought all the rest of the series. This second one kind of dragged on for me. Can't really say why, as I liked the characters the author is developing the story around. There was action, but for some reason I found it a bit boring in comparison to the first book. I will read the 3rd in the series, and hope that it returns to the spectacular style of the first.

Extraordinary

I have become hooked. This author is very engaging and makes me try to anticipate whether or not I have foreseen what he is trying to write. I am no where close. He has engaged my imagination to the impossible and at the end he throws you a curve ball. But if you where listening then you wonder if that curve ball will be discovered later.

The second book was good too! I’ve listened to both 1 & 2 in about 4 days. I’m about to start 3
I love the characters. I love the premise. I’m glad I stumbled onto this series

Great characters

I like how the characters are fully developed. The emotions they portray seem very realistic.
