My mentor at work suggest any book by John Maxwell would be worth reading! He Maxwell didn’t disappoint! This was a really great book and worth listening too many times.

Perhaps the most comprehensive guide to understanding what makes humanity "tick," this book contains a wealth of action items integral to winning with others.
Should be required reading for all leaders.

It’s a fantastic read
Highly recommend. It’s short and concise and gets to its points quickly unlike some other self help books. Some things seem intuitive, but having them all here really is a useful roadmap to becoming a better person.
