As a life coach, working with hundred of clients one-on-one, day after day, year after year, Tessa learned how to effectively utilize tapping. Clients started asking for tapping homework. Tapping statements are the words we speak as we tap. Tapping statements can be combined to make tapping scripts. Take the doubt out of whether your statements will heal your issue.
Anger and frustration are natural emotions. Anger is not in itself right or wrong, healthy or unhealthy, appropriate or inappropriate. It is the expression of anger that makes it right or wrong, healthy or unhealthy, appropriate or inappropriate.

~ This book is really useful for someone who wants to do something about anger, but doesn't know where to start. The book starts with a short story around anger issue. Then a concise introduction to EFT follows. At the end there are 80 statements that can be instantly used for your EFT tapping. This just saves a lot of time and helps you start tapping out your own issues. Once you get the momentum through tapping out these examples, then you can build your own statements for your own issues and tap them out.
