So i have listened to these and i do like they they are kind of link together. a good overview and helps you think through what one needs to do in their life to grow and learn more about themselves.

Very helpful. This book helped me rethink the way I learn and I truly started to believe in the benefits multiple sensory learning and multiple intelligence. I will be referencing this book for the rest of my life! It's not what you think if you're just looking for a step by step guide. These tips include a lot of visualization and preparation.
