Buen libro para meditar
Me agrada cada una de las máximas y pensamientos.
El capítulo 3 tiene un error en los primeros minutos, está la lectora en un tono pacifico y relajado y hay un salto en la velocidad de la lectura, desagradable más cuando estás a punto de dormirte. Y te altera ese cambio de velocidad.
