Publisher's summary

The United States supplied lots of arms to the Mujahidin during the conflict with the Soviets in the '80s. One of the weapons we provided was the FIM-92A, or "Stinger Missile". The Afghans used this modern weapon with great success, and eventually, they drove the massive Soviet Army out of their homelands.

What happened to the extra Stinger missiles we provided? What would happen if 32 Stingers found their way back into America and into the hands of some Islamic radicals? The result could be catastrophic.

Al’iibra is a story of how this could happen. Even with the technology we now have, finding these missiles and eliminating the threat would be difficult at best. Amir Nazif is a quiet person but is a devout follower of the teachings of Mohammed. Amir leads the effort to execute the mission of Al’iibra, but the CIA’s Dalton Donovan is only steps away from halting Amir’s efforts.

If you have a fear of flying, Al’iibra may not be the best book to read or listen to. This type of event could happen very easily.

Never stick your head in a Wasp’s Nest!

I have been an avid reader since I was a boy of 9 or 10. I have read hundreds of books of mysteries, science fiction and adventure stories. This book grabs you and makes you feel like you are in the story. It starts like a spy movie, with places and events right out of the current day newspapers! It begins with the story you think you already know, well almost. It brings out the history of things that might have been and things that may still happen. Listening to the story you are carried along and you become invested in the outcome of the action. You feel you could be one of these people! So, grab a copy and give some thought to what you would do if this happened to you! I enjoyed it and I think you will too.
