About this listen

The epic and highly anticipated conclusion to the listener-favorite series that had countless Audible listeners (and employees) hooked from the very first Bob - featuring, as always, a flawless performance from the inimitable Ray Porter.

Being a sentient spaceship really should be more fun. But after spreading out through space for almost a century, Bob and his clones just can't stay out of trouble.

They've created enough colonies so humanity shouldn't go extinct. But political squabbles have a bad habit of dying hard, and the Brazilian probes are still trying to take out the competition. And the Bobs have picked a fight with an older, more powerful species with a large appetite and a short temper.

Still stinging from getting their collective butts kicked in their first encounter with the Others, the Bobs now face the prospect of a decisive final battle to defend Earth and its colonies. But the Bobs are less disciplined than a herd of cats, and some of the younger copies are more concerned with their own local problems than defeating the Others.

Yet salvation may come from an unlikely source. A couple of eighth-generation Bobs have found something out in deep space. All it will take to save the Earth and perhaps all of humanity is for them to get it to Sol - unless the Others arrive first.

All These Worlds is the third installment in the blockbuster Audible Original Bobiverse series - which has sold more than one million copies.

Featured Article: The Most Stellar Sci-Fi Authors of All Time

Science fiction is a genre as diverse as you can imagine. There are stories that take place in deep space, often depicting teams exploring or running away from something; stories that focus on life at the most cellular level, such as a pandemic tale; and stories that take place in times that feel similar to our own. Depicting themes of existentialism, philosophy, hubris, and personal and historical trauma, sci-fi has a cadre of topics and moods.

more Bobverse please!

The worst part of the book was the end... not the ending... just that it ended. the Bobverse is a fascinating premise.

LIVE LONG & PROSPER BOBIVERSE

Outstanding trilogy! Sad it's over. This has been a fun ride through the Bobiverse which makes u think about what computers, AI, mortality, diversity of species, beyond our universe & possible future of humanity could be. Taylor has taken on complex contemplations of "what if.." & made it relatable, fast moving and sprinkled it w/geek humor references that made me smile& LOL! Outstanding narrator Ray Porter made it even better! Look forward to more Taylor/Porter/audible productions!!

An incredible series

Would you listen to All These Worlds again? Why?

I would absolutely, it is a great mix of Sci-Fi's, it has many laughs and it gave me a good cry as well. Over all one of the best sci-fi series I've ever gone through.

Which character – as performed by Ray Porter – was your favorite?

Any of the Bob's

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I can't say with out giving out spoilers, but there where plenty of scenes midway through the book and near the end that either brought me to tears, or nearly bought me to tears. There where many more scenes that gave a great laugh. Again, an incredible series.

A solid ending

One of those books that makes you sad to say goodbye to the characters with whom you feel like you have developed a connection.

After re-downloading the book to get everything, this was a great book. I hope a good sci-fi show comes from this.

Wonderful end to the trilogy.

This trilogy has been so engrossing I have been chomping at he bit for each book to be released.
Now that I've finished it, I find myself wanting more and at the very least I will reread them all right away.
I think the story touches several topics that are current and of great interest to me as well as many others, namely AI (albeit in a different flavor than the traditional Skynet style) as well as immortality, doomsday scenario and of course the whole space opera story.
The narration was flawless of course which adds so much. Thank you Ray Porter.
Thank you Dennis E Taylor. Please write more!!!

A great Continuation to a great Series

What did you love best about All These Worlds?

Everything. War, Love, Death

What was one of the most memorable moments of All These Worlds?

Without giving it away, the court case I felt like I was waiting for the verdict as much as the characters

What about Ray Porter’s performance did you like?

He did a great job as usual

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When the Enemy Ship blew some stuff up. I am leaving this not with detail because I was listening yelling No No No No... But you have to listen to it

Any additional comments?

Buy the series you won't be disappointed, it is funny, scary, overall enjoyable
