Good Story!
The longer I listened, the better the story got. I loved all of the existing friendships and the ones that developed throughout the book. The 2nd generation sisterhood of Kaori and Mo was only matched by the brotherhood of Smoke, Beans, and Elijah, despite Elijah’s indiscretion.
My only want at the end of it all was to see more of Noah once he was released. The performance was top tier! Lauryn and Myles sound so good together!

smoke stood on business and i can appreciate that. kk really got on my nerves in most of the book. she had a lot of growing up to do and her crash outs were irritating when jamal clearly was a b.a.n .. the ending felt a bit rushed i wanted to know more about why smokes parents did what they did
