Publisher's summary

Analyze thousands of years of giant skeletons from seven to 15 feet tall, along with DNA evidence, genetic mutations, newspaper articles, archeological notes, and excerpts from the Smithsonian Institution's own records.

  • Meet a living tribe of 19th century Stone Age giants. A leading anthropologist compared their bones to Cro-Magnon skeletons. Do they represent the original humans prior to the arrival of extraterrestrial giants, or the biblical Nephilim?
  • Explore the advanced technology of the extraterrestrial giants: two-way radios, aircraft, self-propelled boats, wormholes, military vehicles, and aerial weapons that blasted Earth.
  • Historical accounts, first-person encounters, plus legends and mythology tell us who they were, where they came from, how they interacted with humans, and left us with predictions of their return.

There is a systematic attack on the evidence, however, that keeps giants mired in disbelief and ridicule. Documents are being rewritten one word at a time to give us an altered history that completely erases extraterrestrial giants, except in the realm of fairytales and fantasy.

Dissect several alleged hoaxes and questionable discoveries for an in-depth look at how debunkers twist the facts:

  • How does Area 51 and several missing witnesses fit into one of the biggest hoaxes in giant history? Were giant mummies used as a diversion for the Roswell UFO crash?
  • Take an expanded look at the mummified, red-haired Lovelock giant found in Lovelock Cave, Nevada, and see how debunkers twisted the facts.
  • Revisit the Los Lunas Decalogue Stone, and see how the Navajo translation was summarily dismissed by casting a shadow of doubt on the credentials of the translator - a translator whose credentials are impeccable.
  • What happened to King Solomon's Cave in Montana? What turned this cave of giants into a giant hoax??

I never get full of this book.

So much is layered in this book that only by more digging than what is excavated in this book is a larger plan revealed.

Interesting perspective

The case being made in this book is that there are genetic markers showing that there was, and in some areas still are, a species of homo on the planet that are giants. Those strains are apparently very similar to what was complained about in ancient days in the nephalim. They were/are huge, filthy, and cannibalistic. They make a case good enough to raise some eyebrows if their references turn out to be accurate. Unfortunately, the references are from the early 20th century, nothing more recent. The only living descendants of these people apparently live in Patagonia.

Good

Packed with information. Was shocked to learn that giant bones were found IN MY OWN TOWN. Thanks to records compiled by the University of Kentucky, I was able to verify the accounts in this book and learn something nobody else in my town knew. if you live in the Ohio River Valley, chances are some of this stuff happened in your town too.

My favorite in a long time

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The author conjectures that many ancient myths are actually real history. She tells of similar myths from many cultures including Biblical, Norse, Native American, Mesoamerica and more, in a wonderfully cohesive manner I haven't seen before, making this my favorite in a long time. I liked it so much I listened twice in a row, then bought a couple hard copies for my son and a friend. I especially liked the inclusion of Norse myth as most books of this type usually only include Biblical and Sumerian. The writing style made it a great listen and easy read chock full of interesting information.

Engaging and informative

This book is certainly well researched. It's entertaining, informative, and thought-provoking. While it tends to be repetitive at times, the text bears repeating in order to absorb. The documentation is impressive.

Great Story-Makes You Wonder...

Loved the whole book. Enjoyed the use of Old Testament books as evidential references to the author's thesis. I like books like these that present anecdotal evidence for the possible existence of past visitors to our planet that interacted with ancient civilizations. Like the X-Files says...I want to believe.
