Pure Atlanta With a Noir Feel
This is a great collection of short stories that each have a noir feel. All of these stories go well together. Some of the stories are not written in the traditional noir style. The performances by Ron Butler and Bhani Turpin are great. Where have I been the Noir series is fire!
As a fan of Tayari Jones I was looking up her books and learned about Atlanta Noir. I enjoyed the stories-the characters, their honesty, complexity, the backdrops. Loved the narrations an entertaining and informative Atlanta experience. Getting ready to download the Brooklyn Noir and hope it won't dissapoint!!

excellent read/listen
I love collections & short stories & this book did not disappoint. Each story captivated me. it took me a week to listen to the entire book, which is fast for me. I cannot wait for another like it by these talented African American authors.
