In "The Spirited Child's Guide to Fairies," a girl named Haley Helen, who is also ten years old, finds a special Fairy Garden at her grandparents' magical house. It's a regular summer for Haley, but things get really exciting when she starts looking for answers while her parents are getting divorced.
Haley starts to understand that growing up can be both happy and sad. One day, she finds a magical secret – her loving grandma's fairy garden! In this garden, dreams come to life and the real world doesn't matter. Haley and her grandma take care of the flowers and branches, but they don't know they are making a real fairy world right in their backyard!
As the garden grows, Haley becomes friends with the fairies. They tell her amazing stories and listen to her problems. Every time she meets them, she feels happy, excited, and a little scared, but she always wants to see them again.
Then, the fairies give Haley a big choice. She can grow wings and live with them in their perfect fairyland, or she can go back to her regular home, where things are hard but where her family loves her. What will she decide?
