great listen but not the whole book

this was great, but not the whole book. in only 50 minutes, it was a digestible version of the entire book. loved it. just know it's not the whole book before you buy.

great motivational steps to move forward

practical advice for moving forward. Some new, some old, but gives you the tools to get off your ass. Be aware that you will want to take notes, reflect, journal a lot through out the book. Here is to all of our Giants :)

Brilliant Self development Methods

In this Book, Tony Robbins talks about methods of imagining. He gives some personal examples, and for an hour an a half. It's definitely worth your time.
