My new favorite book!!!

The ideas and insights are incredible. The only downside is that my husband finds Mr Gray's voice grating and so it is hard to get him to listen to it- or at least that is what he claims. If that is true for you you should not keep you coming listening to this as I believe it really does have potentially life changing ideas.

Too much new age stuff mixed with some great advice more advice less new age stuff.

Excellent to unlock lifetime emotional blocks

Love this book... esp chapter 10-16 to understand how we often create resistance with things we are desiring the opposite of ... and also how to process and heal from key emotions that keep us stuck and quickly retriggered ... highly recommend
