In his new book, Philip Shenon looks into the missed evidence and the ignored clues as well as the political considerations that interfered with the 9/11 Commission's work. His book is The Commission: The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation. He also uncovers new information about the inner workings of the commission and its relationship with the Bush White House.

Then, John DiIulio, Jr., who, in his new book, argues for middle ground in the debate about the separation of church and state. His new book is Godly Republic: A Centrist Blueprint for America's Faith-Based Future. DiIulio is a professor of politics, religion, and civil society, and a professor of science, at the University of Pennsylvania. [Broadcast Date: February 4, 2008]
