Critical work we all need to accomplish this lifetime or one's that follow. This fits nicely into Gary's other great works.

Well worth the read!

Another incredible book by Gary Zubak! The is one in particular is a must read for anyone on a journey into self improvement &/or for understanding/connecting with your emotions. I've read dozens of self help/spiritual books & this is right at the top along with 2 others of his - Seat of the Soul & Universal Human...all must reads!

Love how his writings help positive proactiveness. His language is my language.
Simply put:
1. This is what’s happening
2. This is how it works
3. Do this if you want it to be better/less limiting, less painfu

Get the print book but this is good as well

You will want to be able to skip around in the book and look at the illustrations and slow down for the exercises. But the audio is excellent for 'sounding down' the information, and staying inspired to understand your emotional messages, and to keep processing in 'love and trust.'
