He gives Wooster's first-person narrative the right balance, letting the bumbling hero misread situations as needed. Audio quality

The audio quality on this version is poor. There seem to be patchy drops in quality of the recording which make for a poor experience.

The best narration of the best novel. So much pleasure to be had again and again.

Disastrous sound

The story is well and truly Wooster, the reading is excellent, but the sound technician should in the olden days, so to speak, have aspired to a public whipping. Some sixty well earned lashes...😊
