This book, like all those in this series, is a scream. Listen to all four!

Pleasant and surprising!

I enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting down the recording. Mrs Buncle is wonderful in her way of discovering people around her and the world too.

Charming and clever story

The Miss Buncle books really keep my interest. They are also peaceful and comforting while being intriguing as well. There is an old-fashioned charm in them since they take place almost 100 years ago.

Delightful and charming

Just as delightful as the first in the series! I loved getting to know the new characters in the quaint village the Abbots settle in. The narrator is perfect!
