Finding people who don't want to be found is a young man's game. But when a beautiful celebrity begs semi-retired Walter Sherman to locate her nephew, he can't refuse. In his search for Harry Levine, Walter soon discovers that others are desperate to find him and willing to kill for what he has: the written confession by the mastermind behind the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Among those clamoring for the confession are the Kennedy family, renegade Russians seeking the Czar's gold, and a powerful man with connections to the CIA. Finding Harry is one thing, but hiding him from professional killers pushes Walter's aging skills to the limit. It's a wild chase across Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean in Richard Greener's heart-stopping thriller that offers an unexpected twist on existing JFK conspiracy theories.

Good Book

A great read for lovers of detective, crime, and thriller novels ….and the perfect book for any fan of the TV show, ‘The Finder’. This series by Richard Greener tells the story of the Walter Sherman, aka “the Locator”, and was the inspiration for that show.

Richard Greener’s series, however, is far more vivid, with a deep and complex tale involving complicated, rich characters and a plot that spans the globe, many decades, and epic conspiracies that threaten nations.

Add to this a superb narrator, and this is an audiobook, and an audiobook series, that you should put on your “next up” list!

Great Sequel

watched the Finder TV show and loved it. while the show has taken many artistic liberties in deviating from the books, the books are decent

I would not recommend reading the Lacey Confession without the Knowland Retribution, but it can be done.

I will listen the stories again and I think you will find the dramatization performed expertly. the story is good but not my typical style and therefore my lower rating. too bad this is the end of the Locator series.

because of the Finder...

great follow up novel to the first. I would like more books with the same characters.

Very enjoyable story

Greener is so detail oriented that you think you are going to be lost or bored and then he pulls the right thread to tighten it and you get in close and you can't stop listening. Now that is skill!

Always a surprise
