Boring in the beginning, better in the end.

To many details in introducing characters/introduction went on to long. The end picked up though.

As the weekend progresses, financial deals are made and broken, an old lover shows up at the party putting one of the couple's marriages in jeopardy and friendships are tested.

Patrick Chance and his wife.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, because it was very unclear where the story was going in the first few chapters, but then it was great.
