Griffin really captures how Wartime impacts all of us, not just the service members. He shows the good and the bad in all of us and how some work through to the good and others do not.

This series does an amazing job of bringing some of my heroes to life, while entangling the reader in the lives of the book's fictional characters. Any fan of Historical Fiction will thoroughly enjoy the entire series, and all of W.E.B. Griffin's other series as well. It took this old Marine far too many years to find these stories, but I am so thankful to Mr. Griffin that I finally did read them.

Guns and sex you can't beat it

Plot and intertwining of characters along with facts mixed with fiction, all add up to great listening entertainment as you roll down the highway.
