Awakening Kundalini

Awakening Kundalini was well narrated and Lawrence Edwards' voice was very soothing during the guided meditations.

It would be helpful if the chapters were titled in Audible so that one could return to the various meditations easily. Thank You.

Just wonderful

This book was absolutely wonderful. I'm going to listen to it again, and follow the Meditations multiple times. it was wonderful. the performance was AMAZING. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the chants, the monks everything, just wonderful.

I have listened to many parts of this book several times, and I learn something new each time. The author's sincerity and depth of knowledge on the topics are clear, the storytelling relevant, and the exercises meaningful. My goals and path are clearer. Highly recommended.
