Loved it!!

I was really excited to see Bowen's story after the ending of the last book. I really do enjoy getting to know a little bit about a character before the story is told. This book followed right along from book 2 in the series. Sometimes when a lot happens in a book and you go back to parts from a previous book the author tends to forget things but Kresley Cole did not miss a beat. There is also great surprises and suspense that really added to the book. I would definitely recommend this series. Great listen from start to finish.

Enjoyable Performance and Story

Would you consider the audio edition of Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night to be better than the print version?

The audio edition definitely enhanced the print version, but the storyline could stand on its own.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Mariketa, b/c she shows growth and has a good sense of humor. Nix, b/c well, she's Nix.
Bowen has a good character arc as well.

What about Robert Petkoff’s performance did you like?

Loved his accent.

Another Winner

I love Kresley Cole's stories. Bowen truly met his match with Mari. Mari's witchy powers are very unreliable until she reaches full power which comes with immortality. Which she is on the brink of. However whenever she is around Bowen her powers seem to do what she wants but only if they are directed at him. LOL. He is a stubborn werewolf with that archaic male macho demeanor, which infuriates Mari to no end. He is stuck in the 1400's and she is a modern day girl with a cell phone and a birth control patch. More trouble starts when it seems that Mari is his long awaited "mate."

Love this funny and tensive story

Where does Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is one of my favorite series I read. I love how quirky and funny this story can be. Even as they are bleeding and driving each other crazy the characters are fun and well rounded.

What other book might you compare Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night to and why?

I would say that Jeanine Frost series with Cat and Bones, comes close to this storyline. Where there is a lot of laugh even among terror.

Which scene was your favorite?

I love any of the scenes with Nix. She just cracks me up.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Buckle your seatbelt for an fun ride. With love, fun and adventure. Vampires, witches ghost and Demons, but not the type you would expect.

Love this series. Just thinking of this series makes me laugh.
