I've been looking for this book for ever! It's amazing. I just can't get over the voice though.

Old and young alike will delight in this book!

Listened to this book and thought how much my grandchildren would enjoy it as well. Wonderfully written and read with twists that will keep holder listeners guessing yet understandable enough for children. Highly recommend this book

Strictly for kids

I really loved Kate Saunders’ adult mystery The Secrets of Wishtide (and how I hope there will be a second book soon.) I tried this book, hoping that it would be something like a Harry Potter, novel, the kind of story adults too could enjoy. But this really is a kids’ book; suitable and charming for 10-year-olds but not much beyond.

We loved this book- my 8 year old absolutely loved it! And the narrator is truly wonderful! We are hoping the2nd book in the series will be out soon
