I love this audio book! It's my go-to-comfort-favorite! Rich, detailed, and charmingly imaginative; this retelling has everything-magic, intrigue, mystery, romance, and roses!

I have lost count of how many times I've read this book. It is my absolute favorite book in the world. Hearing it read aloud was so wonderful. It is a fantastic performance and gave all of the characters just that much more life and realness. It's tagline calls it a retelling of Beauty and the Beast, but it is so much more than that. It's about family and trust and magic and understanding and courage and perseverance and Hope, Grace and Honour. Above all things, this book is about Beauty and love; the truest love anyone has ever known. The kind of love that can break even the evilest of curses.

Please read this book? You will never regret it.

I love fairy tales and I love adaptations to them, but especially when I can see elements of their story that come from our world. the author does a good job of that in this story.
