This book is so good! So compassionate towards the kids, like all parenting books should be.

Amazing!

I love this book! I love the examples of traditional views next to the new view. I was able to see from my own childhood the times my parents had used traditional parenting and remember feeling more out of control. I have been using the new ways with my daughter and they have been working amazingly well. She feels better, I feel better!

Love this info and the different and less oppositional approach to attachment intervention. Great book. Also consider "The boy who was raised as a dog" by David Perry.
