great book! like with any illness or addiction or circumstance beyond our control, Alan Carr explains how first and foremost we need to accept our circumstances. it's been said many times in many places but this one is good for getting a handle on your financial circumstances and approaching it with an open mind. once you are ready to turn a crisis into an opportunity , you are ready to begin the next chapter in your own life

In Pounds rather than Dollars

This book has great information but it's confusing to listen to money referred to on pounds versus dollars.
