Very easy going mystery story - good for all ages

In a world full of overly dramatized stories, this is a very pleasant read. The story was good and the characters were nice and it was very interesting. it would be an okay read for the youngest reader into the oldest reader. Truly a PG story. I don't think there was one cuss word.

Okay

This was an okay story but I found parts of it unbelievable and it wasn't the magical cats. Taking someone out with overdone bread? Come on, the least she could have done was leave it in the pan. I also found the heroine's constant harping about being a suspect, on very little evidence, to be very annoying.

Lots of characters, twists & turns

Many characters presented and details provided to flesh them out. Made it harder to figure out who was the final “bad actor”.

Thoroughly Enjoyable

I thoroughly enjoyed both the story and the narration. Was a fun Cozy Mystery and I look forward to the rest of the series.

Enjoyable and easy listening

I enjoyed the overall storyline. The ending was not too predictable. If you want a mystery just for fuN, this is your book. The narration was good and made the book an enjoyable "read."

Enjoyable

I needed a light read and I prefer mysteries. I'm also a crazy cat person! This was a good choice.

A fun cozy mystery - made more enjoyable with cats!

I really liked this cozy mystery. It had its usual cliches as cozy mysteries go, however I was still surprised at the end by who did it.
The best though was the conversations that are always happening with the cats and Kathleen. As a crazy cat lady myself who talks to her cat, it was entirely relatable. A fun little listen!
